Community Needs Assessment

"Every 3 years Covenant Health, Loudon County Health Department, and the LCHIC partner to conduct the Community Health Assessment to highlight the needs our community is facing. A survey is sent out through different medias for Loudon County residents to complete. After the results are in, the top 3 to 5 issues become a focal point for Covenant Health, the Health Department and the Health Council"
